Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy collaboratin on a one-to-one basis with a therapist to set and achieve goals to create positive changes in ones life by exploring a variety of issues.

Family Therapy

Include some or all members of a family to address concerns that impact the family as a whole. Examples may include: marital conflict, mental illness, substance abuse, bereavement or blended family issues.

Play Therapy

Is generally employed with children aged 3 through 12 and provides a way for them to express their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process.
